Consultation Call
This is where I actually get to know you. We talk through your day, figure out which collection fits, and map out your photography from start to finish. You'll hang up with a clear plan and zero confusion about what comes next.
Lock In Your Date
Once you're ready, you sign the contract and put down your 30% retainer. No date is held without both, so if you love what you see, don't wait.
Engagement Session
We get to know each other before the big day. I'll send you a detailed style guide beforehand so you show up feeling confident and prepared. By the time your wedding day comes, being in front of my camera will feel completely natural.
Wedding Day Questionnaire
About a month out, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire: final timeline, family photo list, vendor contacts, all of it. You fill it out, I handle the rest. Your remaining balance is also due at this time.
Final Consultation
One last call before your wedding day to walk through the timeline together, answer any lingering questions, and make sure you go into your day feeling completely calm and taken care of.

You get married. I handle everything else. I'm there early, I'm anticipating moments before they happen, I'm keeping things on track so you never have to think twice. Just be fully present, because you know I've got it.

THE QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
How many photos will we get?
Every gallery is curated, not dumped. You will not get 1000+ near-identical shots of the same moment. You will get the one that was real. The number of images varies by day, by coverage, by how much actually happened worth keeping. The floor is always met. The ceiling is whatever the day gives us.
Will you help us plan our day?
Yes, genuinely and enthusiastically. I have a preferred vendor list, an exclusive wedding planning guide covering timelines, first looks, family photo strategies, and more. You have my personal number from the moment you book. Text me an outfit option, a timeline question, a vendor recommendation, I've got you.
Do you give out raw files?
No, and here's the honest reason why. My editing is half of what you're hiring me for. The way I process color, light, and tone is what gives your gallery its feel. Handing over unedited files would be like a chef sending you raw ingredients instead of the meal. Every image I deliver is one I'm proud of and one you'll want.
How does payment work?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. I accept debit and credit cards with no added fees, and I offer flexible payment plans. Options for one lump sum, quarterly, or monthly payments.
What if things run behind on our wedding day?
I build buffer time into every timeline specifically for this. If something shifts on your wedding day, I handle the adjustments quietly behind the scenes. You'll never feel the pressure of it.
What happens if you’re unable to be at our wedding?
Nothing is left to chance here, not even this. If a true emergency ever kept me from your wedding, I already have a trusted network of Chicago photographers ready to step in, and I would personally choose and vet your replacement so you feel confident in them. I would still edit every image myself, so your gallery looks and feels like mine. This is an extremely rare circumstance.
You care more about walking away with a gallery that makes you ugly cry all over again than you do about perfectly posed portraits. You want someone who shows up overly prepared, keeps the day moving so you can actually be in it, and already knows how to find the emotion before it even happens.
